Unique within the 1000 Islands, our thoughtfully-designed and handsomely appointed facilities offer 4,200 sq. ft. of flexible space to accommodate groups both large and small while ensuring privacy. Over-sized windows and patio doors bring the beauty of the outdoors in to our Picton Boardroom, Murray Room and Round Room, bathing them in natural light and capturing views of the St. Lawrence River. All are adjacent to our elegant Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 300 guests. Adding to the allure are our creative catering options, luxury accommodations, business center, and access to high speed WI-FI and other state-of-the-art technology.
Picton Boardroom
The Picton Boardroom is a perfect space for intimate retreats, strategic planning and dinner/presentation events for up to 40 people or a reception of up to 50. This room has village view windows and is conveniently located near the Hotel's Seaway Grille Restaurant. Complimentary wireless internet access and a 55” flat screen television are standard in this room.

PreFunction
The PreFunction Room features panoramic views of the beautiful St. Lawrence River, and is ideal for pre-event cocktails or small party dining for up to 50 guests. This room features wall to wall windows, with plenty of natural light, and direct access to our patio and fire pits.

Calumet Ballroom
The Calumet Ballroom is the ideal setting for conferences and meetings of up to 60 guests, as well as private dining of up to 50 guests. This room features direct access to our PreFunction space, as well as nearby river views. The Calumet Ballroom can also be combined with the Murray Room, as well as the Grindstone Ballroom.

Grindstone Ballroom

Harbor Ballroom
The Harbor Ballroom can accommodate conferences and weddings as well as social and corporate events of up to 300 guests. The Ballroom can be transformed to a romantic setting with dimmed lighting, and vaulted ceilings, but allows versatility to accommodate the individuality of all events.
Tent Space
The 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel now offers a private area for tented events! Nestled along the St. Lawrence River, this space features the best view in town, and can accommodate up to 500 guests.
